Thankful

This year we had a wonderful Thanksgiving week. It was filled with spending time with family, friends and football in NWA. Here's some pictures from our Thanksgiving. Blaire Perry took our family ones. She did such a great job again. I am very thankful to have such a special family and wonderful friends.

The four of us with my parents and my brother.

Mom and Dad with the boys.

11 of my 14 cousins on the Elliott side. Everyone but me has the tall genes. ;)

The four of us again, with Josh's parents, his brother, sister in law, and our sweet niece, Reese.

Gigi and Poppy gave the kids Christmas PJ's.

The three Grandkids love golf cart rides with Poppy.

We won Friday night again and move on to the semi-finals. We will be playing Osceola at home next week.

Big Foot?

This past weekend we put up our Christmas tree. As I was going through a box of ornaments that Peyton had made in the past, I found one with his foot print on it that he made last year at KDO. He was 2 years and 3 months old. So I thought I would see how it compared to Parker's foot now, even though he is only 15 months old. We've always known Parker's foot has been on the bigger side but I didn't think this would happen.

See the green glitter?

Now you don't....

Yes, that is Parker's size 7 foot on top of Peyton's footprint just one year ago. It's even a tad bigger than the actual footprint. I also found a hand print ornament of Peyton's hand that was done at Parker's age. And yes, Parker's hand was quite a bit bigger than Peyton's was at 15 months old. Maybe this little brother will turn out to be the bigger one in size. Only time will tell.

(By the way, can you believe I have done two post in one day?!)

Shiloh moves on to quarterfinals!

We beat Clarksville last Friday night 84-14, so now we move on to the third round of the playoffs. This is our 5th year in a row to be playing Thanksgiving week. We will play Lonoke at home. I hope it's not as cold as last week, but I won't be getting my hopes up. Go Saints! Keep up the good work coaches and players!

Fall Family Pictures

Last weekend we met my friend, Blaire Perry, to shoot some pictures of our family. It's becoming a tradition to do fall pictures with her. Last year she did only the boys so this year Josh and I joined in. She did another great job, despite Parker being a little stinker that day. However, Peyton was loving the camera which I never would have guessed. Remember this post from a couple months ago? Oh, the life with kids. Anyway, here they are.

Halloween, Shiloh Football, Razorback Game, & Nana's Day

This year Peyton was Spiderman and Parker was a monkey. Here are several pictures from this past week. Peyton got to wear his Spiderman outfit to school two days this week, then the school fall carnival and then Friday night to the Shiloh game. I think we got our money worth for his costum. Parker wore his to school on Thursday and also to the game that Friday night.

Me and my Spiderman!

Josh talking to the team after the game. We won and are now the #1 seed through the playoff's.

My Grandparents came up this weekend from Little Rock. The boys were excited to show off their costums again for Mama & Papa.

Saturday we went to tailgate with friends for the Hog game. We got their early enough to see the team walk into the stadium. Peyton thought it was so cool when Austin and Crosby, two of Josh's former players, stepped out of line to give him a high five. You can see Austin in this picture.

This was Peyton's reaction when he first saw the players coming. HA!

After we watched the players come in we walked to the Barnard's tailgate spot. Here is McKale, Courtney, Laci and I. McKale is pregnant with her baby boy and due in January and Laci is due with here baby boy in February. The Shiloh football coaching staff will now have 1girl and 7 boys!

Peyton with Carter and Ashton.

Twins? Courtney and I showed up not knowing each other had bought the same shirt from our friend at Dirty Laundry. People already say we look alike but this day we really did.

Today after church we ate at Market Place and came back to our house to celebrate my Mom's birthday and eat cake. Nana we hope you had a wonderful day! We love you so much! (Notice in the picture both my boys with their eyes on the cake!)
